When my G-spot is properly stimulated and I feel the fluid build-up, I am able to push out and female ejaculate, however it is not accompanied by an orgasm. I have trouble achieving an actual orgasm digitally (though no problem with a vibrator) so how can I combine the two (i.e. female ejaculation with an orgasm)? When I am about to have a vaginal orgasm, I never feel the build-up where I push out, and when I feel the build-up, I never feel an orgasm coming!
