Men’s Exercise to Last Longer in Bed

One skill any man should master is control over his ejaculation. This gives you the ability to continue having sex until your woman is able to orgasm at least once, and the beauty of completely mastering the skill is when you can last long enough to give her multiple orgasms during sex. Now, I came up with a triad of skills that can be easily mastered to gain full control of your ejaculation, but the most critical place to start is with the simple muscle exercise that strengthens the muscle that controls ejaculation. If this muscle is weak, I don’t care what other things you try, how much you think about ridiculous non-sexual things like your boss or a telephone booth to avoid going over the ejaculation edge. You literally won’t have control until you have control over this muscle.

Now, some guys are like, “What? I have to do work and exercise something?” Yes, my friend, you do. In fact, you’ve been doing the wrong kind of work by training yourself to ejaculate quickly when you masturbate and that’s why this muscle is so weak. Fear not, though, in a second you’ll see how easy this is and that it can literally be done anywhere and soon it will be a habit. Even better you’ll be able to have harder and firmer erections and more control over your erections with doing these exercises as well. Plus you can make your penis pulse like it does when you ejaculate while you’re deep inside of her which will drive her wild.

So let’s head over to the computer and I’ll show you exactly what to do. All right, so we’re going to quickly cover how to exercise the number one muscle critical to male sexual health. Now, this muscle’s called the pubococcygeus muscle or pelvic floor muscle, but we’ll call it the PC muscle for short. Now, the PC muscle looks like the shape of a hammock and it stretches from your tailbone to your pubic bone. One of the PC muscle’s functions is to control urine flow. However, it is also responsible for the pleasurable contractions that you feel during ejaculation as well as ejaculation and erection control. So, as you can see, it’s very important to strengthen this muscle. Now, in some of my other videos, you may have heard me talk about a woman’s PC muscle in regard to achieving squirting vaginal orgasms. This muscle contracts during a vaginal orgasm and helping your woman strengthen it can make a huge difference in her ability to achieve orgasm, as well as her overall sexual health.

Now, the same can be said about men as having a strong PC muscle is essential for superior sexual health. But unfortunately, most men have never strengthened this muscle and even worse many men weaken this muscle by conditioning their bodies to quickly ejaculate during masturbation. So we wanna do these exercises for multiple reasons to be able to last longer, have harder and firmer erections, and more pleasure out of our ejaculations. So how do we do these PC muscle exercises? Well, step one is finding your PC muscle. So the next time you go to the bathroom to urinate, try to stop the flow of urine while you’re using the toilet. The same muscle you contract to stop your urine while peeing is the muscle we’re going to strengthen. If you look in the mirror as you tighten and relax this muscle, the base of your penis will move closer to your abdomen and your testicles will rise.

Now, don’t worry if attempting this doesn’t move them very much as your PC muscle may not be strong enough to do this yet, which is why we need to focus on exercising it. The PC muscle also allows men to move the penis up and down while the penis is erect. However, just so we’re clear, you will not be doing these exercises with an erection which allows you to do them unnoticed virtually anywhere. So step two, is learning your technique. Once you’ve identified your pelvic floor muscles, your PC muscle as we did in step one, go ahead and empty your bladder and lie down. You can do these exercises while sitting, standing, or walking. However, lying down helps you to isolate the muscle when you’re first starting out. Now, what I want you to do is to contract your pelvic floor muscle and hold the contraction for three seconds, then relax for three seconds. Now, make sure you’re isolating just your PC muscle, be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, your thighs or your butt. You should only be contracting your PC muscle. Also make sure you’re not holding your breath, be sure to breathe freely as you contract and hold that muscle. Now, try this a few times to get comfortable with it. Remember, you’re gonna hold for three seconds then relax for three seconds.

So now that you get the gist of the technique, we’re gonna talk about how to do these things and when. So you wanna repeat this exercise three times per day. When starting out we wanna aim for 3 sets of 10 repetitions a day, holding for 3 seconds then releasing for 3 seconds. So you might do it at breakfast, lunch, and dinner just to keep it simple, 3 times per day. Now, once this becomes easy, you should move up to holding the muscle for 5 seconds for each set of 10 reps, 3 times per day. And after that, you can move up to 7 seconds, and then 10 seconds. Once 3 sets of 10 reps holding for 10 seconds becomes easy, you can move to 3 sets of 20 holding for 10 seconds. However, this level may take some time to achieve. Opt to go slower than faster when you move up these levels of repetitions.

So the protocols to do the PC muscle exercises starting at level 1 which is 10 reps of holding for 3 seconds then releasing for 3 seconds, and repeating that 3 times per day. That’s where you need to start out. Now, level 2, when you’re ready for it is gonna be 10 reps, hold for 5 seconds, release for 3 seconds and repeat it 3 times per day. So it’s gonna be a little bit harder because you gonna be holding it a little bit longer. The next level is gonna be 10 reps holding for 7 seconds, releasing for 3 seconds, repeated 3 times per day. And as you can see, as we move up these levels, we’re gonna be just holding that muscle a little bit longer. So level 4 is 10 reps holding for 10 seconds, releasing for 3, repeated 3 times per day. And level 5 is 20 reps holding for 10 seconds, releasing for 3, repeated 3 times per day.

But start at level one and opt to go very slowly as you move up these as your muscle becomes stronger. Now, once you get the hang of it these exercises can be done conveniently in any position pretty much anywhere, guys. You can get in the habit of doing them during a mundane task like watching TV, sitting at a stoplight or brushing your teeth. If at any point you feel overly sore though, be sure to take a day off to allow your body to recover because you don’t wanna overwork or stress this muscle just like any other workout. Now, the biggest thing is to remember to actually do them, try putting a sticky note on your bathroom mirror that says, “Do it” to remind yourself because it’s easy to forget. It’s simple, but after one week, the routine becomes very easy and natural and you’ll soon find it to become a habit.

Penis Thrusting Tips to Give Your Woman an Unforgettable Experience

YBelieve it or not there is an art to penetrating your woman and the way you thrust in and out of her pussy. It’s not all just about jackhammering away like you seen in porn. Sure, she may like it hard and fast at some points during sex, but chances are she’s going to enjoy it more if you vary your thrusts a bit.

The first thing to understand is that women love the first thrust. Every single woman I’ve ever been with will let out a big moan when she feels you enter her fully for the first time. Knowing this I always like to tease a bit and build up some anticipation before sliding in fully the first time. This usually involves rubbing your penis head on the inside and out of her pussy lips and rubbing the tip of your penis on her clitoris. Another thing I like to do is slide my penis up and down the outside of her vagina, but not penetrate her. Think of a hotdog sliding in and out of a bun. And you can always just rest the tip of your penis at the opening of her vagina while you kiss, etc. (This will drive her wild.)

There are two basic types of thrusting. The shallow thrust and the deep thrust. Shallow thrusting allows you to stimulate the opening of her vagina up to about an inch deep, which for many women is a very sensitive part of the vagina. Also, the opening of her vagina is often the tightest part, so shallow thrusts allow you to concentrate a great deal of stimulation on the head of your penis and just below, which feels awesome.

The deep thrust can be extremely pleasurable for the both of you. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of being fully inside your woman and hearing her moan with pleasure. Deep thrusting can allow you to aim for her G-spot and it can also allow you to position your pelvic bone on her clitoris or the area around her clitoris allowing her to rub up against you to trigger a clitoral orgasm. I explain a technique called the CAT here that works great for giving her a clitoral orgasm during penetration. One thing to note about deep thrusting is that if your woman’s vagina is particularly shallow or your penis is particularly long, it could be uncomfortable to go too deep too fast, so just keep that in mind.

Ultimately you’ll want to experiment with both deep and shallow thrusts with varying speeds. Not only will varying your thrusting style give her an incredible experience, but it can also help you last longer during sex. For example, one of my favorite moves is to give my woman five or so deep thrusts and then, on the sixth one, thrust deep and just leave my penis deep inside of her vagina for about a second or so, and if your woman is doing Kegel exercises, she can squeeze your penis with her vagina at the same time. Believe me this feels amazing and allows you to make sure you don’t overstimulate yourself too quickly. Inability To Ejaculate – 5 Tips For Men

Inability to ejaculateWhen it comes to difficulties experienced during sex, for men it seems that ejaculation is a major focal point. Yes, that pleasurable explosion that men are consumed with can be a big sexual sticking point when you don’t have control of it.

In the case of controlling ejaculation it’s more common that men are searching for a fix for premature ejaculation, however for other men they experience the inability to ejaculate during sex at all. Being able to have sex forever without ejaculating might sound like a dream for guys with premature ejaculation, however it can be a nightmare for some men who have a problem ejaculating during intercourse at all. This can lead to personal frustration, and even insecurities on your woman’s part. After all, if you can’t cum during sex she might feel like it’s her fault or that she doesn’t turn you on.

Here are some things to consider if you have difficulty ejaculating during sex:

1. Stop Desensitizing Your Brain – in other words stop watching porn. While you’re at it put down the magazines full of air brushed women, and limit your visual intake of artificial flesh all together. We live in a time where the most extreme sexual simulations are only a click away. Add in the amount of perfect female bodies in magazines, movies, and television and our primitive brains become soggy with too much visual stimulation. This desensitizes the brain to normal healthy sexual activity, and has led to a great deal of men “needing” a more intense sexual scenario to get off.

2. Stop Desensitizing Your Penis – in other words stop masturbating. There’s nothing wrong with masturbation in general, but it can lead to desensitizing yourself to the actual act of sex. Her vagina can’t match the tight grip of your hand. When you condition yourself to “need” a certain stimulation to ejaculate, it’s going to be difficult to cum during real intercourse. If that means you have to go longer before you “release”, consider that a good thing, because you will be more sensitive to her touch.

3. Teach Her Vagina To Squeeze – this means teach your woman how to do PC Muscle exercises. While the clenching walls of her vagina may never match your exacting grip during masturbation, teaching her to do Kegel exercises will allow her vaginal walls to firmly squeeze your penis, making for a more pleasurable experience for you (AND HER) during intercourse.

4. Teach Her How To Touch You – I’m talking about showing her how you like to be touched. No one is more experienced at touching your penis to make it feel good as you are, so there is nothing wrong with showing her exactly how you like it. Or maybe she could learn a few new techniques and surprise you by touching you better than you touch yourself!

5. Stop “Thinking” During Sex – be honest with yourself… are you experiencing fear or thinking too much during intercourse? If so, you’re inhibiting your ejaculation. Your natural primal sense to unapologetically spread your seed as much as possible could be getting interrupted with modern necessity to be cautious. Perhaps you’re conscious mind is a little hesitant to let you explode during the act of sex (despite your careful use of a condom and birth control) in fear of consequences. While it’s fantastic to be careful, this level of watchful thinking goes against the grain of your male primal urge to inseminate women and procreate our species. Or maybe you’re worried about what she’s thinking, or fear being judged for not being able to ejaculate causing a self-fulfilling prophecy of the inability to ejaculate. Either way there is too much “thinking” going on during intercourse. Practice letting your mind be completely quiet and in the moment during sex. Let go of any fears or “what ifs” that might be playing out in your head.

Whatever you do, don’t blame your partner for your inability to ejaculate. The change starts with you! Be honest with yourself, and take action to make some of the changes above to improve your own outcome in the bedroom.
