As a reminder your bank statement will show a charge by “Elevated Lover”

If you purchased multiple products, your bank statement will show a separate charge by “Elevated Lover” for each product purchased.

Within the next 10 minutes you will be getting an email from Elevated Lover or Jason Julius with details for accessing your product(s). You will also receive a receipt email.

If you don't receive the email with your login information within the next 10-15 minutes, don't panic. Emails can be delayed for a number of reasons. First, check your Promotions or Spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there by mistake.

In the rare event you don't receive an email, just send in a support request and we'll make sure you get access to your access info right away.
